Tea is very good for you, and green tea is arguably the most beneficial to
health, as it is enriched with antioxidants, compounds that protect other
substances from oxidation.
Antioxidants help protect cells from the destructive actions of chemicals
called free radicals; these actions include ageing and irregular metabolism.
(Metabolism being a process which affects our general health, including the
amount of energy our body uses at complete rest and when exercising).
The Chinese have been using Tea for hundreds of years as an aid to slimming.
However, the use of Tea isn't just ancient hearsay recent studies
published in leading journals in 2007 and 2008 by experts in Thailand, China
and America clearly state that drinking Tea has health benefits.
Green tea may increase energy expenditure, and positive effects on weight
management have been shown using green tea.
Green tea is drunk widely across Asia, where the rates of many cancers are much
lower in Asia than other parts of the world.
Green Tea is a safe and natural way to improve health and lifestyle. It is NOT
a medicinal drug. Many people feel that natural products are safer for their
digestive systems and overall, long-term health.
There is no need to take costly, supplementary vitamins with Green Tea, as it
does not deplete any minerals or vitamins.
